Cinematic AI Films

Art direction and narrative worlds — from brief to finished cinematic in days.

I'm a film director. I build mythic, cinematic pieces with AI — directed, acted, with a look that feels like film, not a filter. A fraction of a production's cost and timeline.

The approach

Not "AI video." Cinema.

Most AI video is a lottery of adjectives and morphing transitions. Mine isn't. Every shot is directed — I perform the scenes myself, I build custom voices for each character, and I hold a piece's tone and characters consistent from shot to shot with a method verified across hundreds of paid generations.

The result reads as a piece of cinema: myth, weight, emotion. Where the machine falls apart — real physicality, a held gaze, a life ending — is exactly where a director earns the frame.

Selected work

Frames from the pilot

Stills from an original mythological pilot and a wordless "arc of life" — a temple, an alpine crossing, a millennia-spanning timelapse, an old man's last breath.

How it works

From your brief to the final cut

01

Brief

You send the idea, the brand, the feeling. A short call or a paragraph is enough to start.

02

Concept

I come back with a direction — the look, the beats, the world — before a single frame is generated.

03

Direction

I direct and perform the piece, build the voices, and hold the character and tone consistent throughout.

04

Delivery

Graded, finished, delivered in days — with a round of revisions to get it exactly right.

Why me

A director, not a prompt

You get a director

Composition, rhythm, performance, story. The AI is the camera and the crew — the eye is mine.

I perform the scenes

A working actor transferring real acting to the character: timing, pauses, emotion. The part machines can't fake.

Custom voices

Every character gets its own voice, built and owned — consistent across the whole piece.

Speed & cost

What used to take a shoot, a crew and months lands in days, at a fraction of the budget.

Questions

Good to know

How fast can you deliver?

A short piece in a few days; a full brand film usually within one to two weeks, depending on scope. No shoot, no crew scheduling — the timeline is the work itself.

Is this just "AI slop"?

No. It's directed and performed, with a method built to keep characters, physics and tone consistent — the opposite of a random generator. You're hiring a director who happens to use AI as the camera and crew, not a one-click tool.

What do you need from me?

Your brief, your brand or references, and the feeling you're after. The more specific, the better — but a single strong paragraph is enough to start a concept.

Do I own the final video? Can I use it in ads?

Yes. You get full commercial usage rights to the delivered piece. Licensing specifics are agreed up front so there are no surprises.

How many revisions are included?

Each package includes a round of revisions to get the piece right. Larger changes of concept are quoted separately, but the goal is always that you're happy with the final cut.

Can you match my brand's look?

Yes — the direction is built around your world, palette and tone, not a template. That consistency is the whole point of hiring a director rather than a generator.

About

Alexandre Cuny

Alexandre Cuny is a director and actor. Hesperal is his studio for cinematic films made with AI — where a working actor's understanding of performance and emotion meets a production pipeline that used to require a crew, a budget and months of time.

The difference isn't the tool. It's the eye behind it: someone who has stood in front of the camera, who knows what a held gaze or a broken breath is worth, directing every frame instead of hoping the machine gets lucky. The result is work with weight — myth, tension, feeling — delivered at a speed and cost that were impossible a year ago.
